What are you Achieving?

‘‘People will do almost any ‘what’ if you give them a good ‘why’.’’

Friedrich Nietzsche

You gain clarity when you provide meaning to everyday jobs.  If you want to be  effective give yourself a powerful and vivid description of what you want to achieve.  For example you may be laying bricks for a wall, but what you are focusing on is the cathedral you are building.  When you do this you build passion, courage and clarity because there is focus and meaning in the small, simple tasks … now, instead of building a brick wall, you are building a cathedral.

What change can you make that gives more clarity and purpose to the tasks you are involved with in your day?
